The first dive mask I ordered was the wrong one, and when I realized it, I called. The lady immediately made the correction and shipped the new mask the same day, and I got it 2 days after the original showed up. I sent the original one back and will be getting a refund for it soon!

I'm pretty amazed at the quality of the gear. We ordered online with recommendations from the order department. Its hard to know how a mask will work with a phone call but we took a chance and for the most part everything worked out great. My wife's set was absolutely flawless and she really enjoyed everything. My mask had some issues with sealing for me but the quality is great for price and speed of delivery. I will still need to find a better mask for my set to be totally enjoyable. Great people and great products.

I ordered snorkeling gear for an upcoming vacation and received the gear in a timely manner and for a great price. My wife's flippers did not fit so I called Snorkel-gear and was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered on the second ring by a live person that was pleasant and able to help me. Looking forward to many happy hours exploring the deep!
