Despite an error on my part their customer service dept was there for me after my gear shipped to the wrong place, they fixed the issue for me and even refunded me for the 2day shipping cost even tho it was my mistake that caused the delay. Prescription masks are the best!!! I could see before when snorkeling but my prescription mask brings everything into sharp focus! It really makes a difference and it was easy to order... they were very helpful on the phone.

Real nice to find a company with quality items and actually have them in stock. Did prescription goggles - I sent in my prescription and not even 10 minutes later had the answer to what I needed lens wise. Put together my order and everything came in a timely manner, used everything up a Lake Tahoe the next day. After using rental gear for all of my snorkeling in the past it was real nice to have equipment that worked beyond expectations. Good place to deal with
