I was a bit skeptical, because I've bought some eyeglasses online, and it's been hit or miss. But, I love my mask, and it arrived more quickly than I expected!

Its all about the customer service. In spite of an easy to navigate website, I've found myself needing to actually speak to humans twice. These female humans have been as helpful as I could possibly ask for. Maybe I'm just happy go lucky and easy to please since this gear is for our family's first ever cruise. But, no. Great customer service is the key to my happiness when it comes to retailers. Snorkel Mart makes me happy!

Dealing with Snorkel-Mart was a unique experience. I have never dealt with a company that put more effort into customer service.

I haven’t snorkeled in a while and i stumbled upon the Snorkel Mart one day while surfing the web. The website was nice and easy to check out and after I found what I wanted to try out, check out and delivery was great. I received my gear and went to the beach to try it out. It worked perfectly. I’m now ready to get back at it. Snorkel Mart has been great. And...they even have a sense of humor. Thanks Chris
