Very helpful, she helped me with the correct choice for the correction needed for my glasses and also recommended the next size up for the fins, and they fit well. Everything was received quickly. Snorkel-Mart was one of the first web sites that popped up when I searched for prescription mask for snorkeling, site looked classy, easy to navigate as well. Product seemed priced fair, and had options if wanted. I wasn't sure about the optic portion, so I called for info, unbelievable help, wish I could remember the young lady's name that I talked to, basically ordered immediately after taking to her. Mask showed up 10 days after ordering, packaged well, with a fortune cookie, nice!! Walked around my living room for a while with mask on, loving the feel and view, so far perfect above water, flying to Maui in 2 weeks, will send in update review after that...
