My order arrived sooner than expected and I was happy with the quality of the items I purchased - snorkel, prescription mask, snorkel vest and water shoes

My experience purchasing from Snorkel-Mart was very positive. My confirmation came from a US address so I thought I would be paying US$$ so I called to cancel my order. The lady who took my call put me on hold for a minute and then came back to say she had caught my order before it went on the truck so all was well and the order was cancelled. No hassle whatsoever! Because she was so nice I told her the reason for my cancellation. She then advised me that the charge would be in CDN$$ so I would not be impacted by the significant exchange. Needless to say I reinstated my order and received my 2 Vista Vue Full Face Snorkel Masks 2 days later. I love them and love the service from Snorkel-Mart.

Fantastic experience. Quality of the mask and speed of delivery were great. But beyond the product, the customer service was stellar. I really appreciate the call indicating I had mistakenly ordered from the US website and to save time and money Snorkel-Mart would cancel my order and allow me to order from the Canadian site. Greatly appreciated. I have already referred to friends to your site. Thanks again Amy
