I recently order a mask with preset lens and a pair of water shoes. I was impressed how quickly my order was processed and in my hands. Mask was as promised. Shoes didn’t fit right so I phoned in and they solved that problem immediately and the correct size is on the wel. Excellent service.

I purchased a set of gear from snorkel mart and guessed wrong on the size of one mask. I ordered a new mask in the correct size and had it within 5 days when purchasing the new mask I noted the order # and item it was to replace (as found in snorkel marts’ q&a) As soon as I had the new mask I sent the incorrect one back to snorkel mart. No kidding, within minutes of receiving my exchange,snorkel mart emailed to say they received the item and didn’t bill for the replacement. In 2017 when do u ever find this kind of great service!?!?!? Totally recommend this business to anybody! They were great! Thank you Snorkel-mart!
