The original pair of boots that I ordered was lost by UPS. So when I called Customer Service, they had no issues immediately got onto the tracking and agreed with what was going on no hassle! And sent me out a new pair of boots. I received the new pair and I absolutely love them. They’re very comfortable. It’s like wearing a pair of slippers hunting!
