Hi. Love your products, but this purchase wasn’t the best. The shoes didn’t fit. I went the next day to UPS and shipped them back. It’s been over a week. Don’t send customers passive aggressive emails asking if they are having trouble submitting a review.

When you ship things dont put your company name on the shipping bag . If its a gift

when ordering from you guys around the holiday maybe think about not putting your company name on the packing so the person getting the gift wont see its a pair of metcons and give away the surprise.

Never Received Product

I never got the product. The tracking number says delivered. I worked with the post office to try to resolve it, but they were no help and couldn't find the package or prove that it had been delivered.
