Super impressed with the fast and helpful support. Found the part I needed and got it to me quickly.

Bike arrived completely built and intact. Communication with saracen was spot on. No issues with bike. Courier company not exactly the "white glove" delivery serviced as advertised. Will be ordering my next bike from saracen. 100 percent.

Shipping took a bit longer but that was down to courier other than that fantastic service
