Website is easy to maneuver around, online ordering was easy and I received the R8+ in about a week or so after ordering

2 day service? Nope. Took over 4.

Terrible. I paid for it but never received it. A good friend lent me her R8 for my son to try. He is a professional athlete and is rehabbing his calf. I ordered it immediately. They say it shipped to me but I never received it. There is no proof of delivery. They have not made any attempt to get one to me. They said I should contact the USPS. This is appalling customer service. They need to make this right immediately.
