I have had the device
I have had the device for about two weeks, and I typically use it twice a day. At first, I used the "if it doesn't hurt, it's not doing anything" approach. Then, after reading around a little bit, I decided to sometimes just let it skate across my skin rather than pressing in, and I started trying to loosen up the tissues around my most painful or tender knots/spots, rather than going right for the knot. I still sometimes add focused attention with a little more pressure, but I have found that letting the device's percussive movement do all the work is often enough. (And WOW does it feel good.)
