Delivery was super fast and when my watch turned out to be faulty just prior to leaving Australia, Darren jumped into action and arranged a replacement with Garmin prior to them receiving the faulty unit back. Really appreciated his assistance and willingness to help so great customer service. More expensive items get express post which is nice.
