Rab Equipment CA English

I recently started switching all of my outdoor gear to Rab. Customer service is great to deal with and very knowledgable. I am looking forward to using the service centre and not having to worry about it.

Shipping was a little slow, but I appreciate you used a real shipper (Canada post, ups, fedex, Purolator) and not a budget shipper (dragonfly). I’ll boycott any site using the budget shippers

I received excellent service when I recently had to have a zipper replaced on my 6 yr old Rab jacket. Instructions for procedure were clear, concise and complete. Response to emails was within 48 hrs and I received my jacket back after 3 weeks. The zipper looks like the original one and works very well. Thanks you so much for providing this option.
