I recently ordered a jacket and it arrived within a few days. I am very pleased with the service.

Website was easy to use, ordering process was smooth and I received my fleece a week before it was expected. Fleece is great, nice and warm and light. Far superior to my Patagonia Nano Air that it replaced.

The jacket is small and needs to be returned. I am waiting for the instructions to return the coat.
