The system to send my

The system to send my repair clothing is confusing. I spent 2 weeks waiting for a "card" that was supposed to be delivered to me via post mail with the instructions to send my jacket to be repaired. After more than two weeks I contacted he support center, and then someone sent me the parcel indications via email to send my jacket. Wouldn't it be better to send the instructions via email as soon as the repair purchase is made?

I have not received my Xenair yet. Order status is “Processing” I ordered it on 28-October. Please advise when I can expect delivery. Thanks. I’d be happy to submit another review once it arrives.

I have not been able

I have not been able to get my jacket out yet as my label expired. I was never informed that this might happen. I was never given clear updates regarding: Canada Post strike. Nothing different so far!!!!
