Again only after I contacted service center I received the information. You relying on DPD is not service friendly and a bad solution. Also you should keep track of the package and inform from your side about the delivery status (normal procedure of other online senders).

Leider bin ich mit dem Kauf über Ihre Website vollständig unzufrieden. Die Jacke wurde mir mit einem Loch in der Innentasche geliefert. Leider habe ich diesen Mangel erst bemerkt, als ich bereits im Urlaub war und versucht habe, mein Portemonnaie in die Innentasche zu legen. Andernfalls hätte ich die Jacke selbstverständlich umgehend zurückgesendet.
