Good bottle but terrible taste Good insulated bottle. However, one of the main features of ordering the insulated bottle is the Ceramic coating for true taste. Unfortunately, the bottle imparts flavors into my coffee. I tried one of the suggested solution by Que team by using white vinegar and/or lemon juice mixed with some water, and let it stay in overnight to remove the taste but it did not help.

Awful.

I think if a customer is unhappy with your product they should be able to get a refund.

Order was placed on April 8, original expected delivery date was April 14th. But was delayed at FedEx Ground Tracy, CA for unknown reasons on April 13th. On April 15th, I received a repackaged box of trash... No refund or replacement was provided, so I had to file a dispute with CC because I did not receive the items I ordered.

Never have received order very disappointed
