They just don’t have all the info posted in plain view about some of the problems people have. One purchase seemed defective and their solution was the boil the bottle in multiple solutions. I felt like I was doing a science experiment. There should be other alternatives when a customer complains about the quality or lack thereof of an item.

They are replacing my top but I'm still not happy about it
