Great customer service - I would write on the FAQ that the order email may go to the junk folder, since I emailed customer service and the auto-response email advised to check the junk folder and there it was - I wouldn't have contacted customer service otherwise.

Slight delay in shipping which was due to USPS. Proviz was amazingly responsive to my emails. What a great company. I would deal with them again anytime!
