Proviz has been good to deal with. I didn't like the first Jacket I ordered. It was easy to return as I just had to package the jacket and take to the post office. The label was printed there. Received my refund a few days later. The second jacket I ordered was more to my taste and I am happy with it. Wish their branding was a bit smaller, considering the price of the jackets it's a bit weird to be a walking/cycling advert.
