Had a small issue with my range finder and sent email to ask how it fix. Three days later I received a new range finder in the mail no questions asked. They also sent a card saying if my battery ever died they would replace for free. Who does this? Great company with outstanding products and prices.

The customer service has always been quick to respond and solve any issue. Happy customer. Would buy Precision Pro again.

I used the rangefinder successfully for about two years. When part of the display stopped showing, I contacted PrecisionPro who got right back to me with my concerns. After I told them my problem, they immediately decided to replace my unit at no cost. Thank you PrecisionPro.

Thoroughly pleased with my PrecisionPro NX9 Slope range finder. Works great. Really love the embedded magnet. I have people ask me all the time where I got it.
