Had the Pro 7 for almost two years. Started to fail. Contacted Customer Service and they replaced with newer model within a week! THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great Product &Great Support!

I received a Precision Pro range finder for Christmas and have absolutely loved it! Recently the case zipper broke and I was unable to zip it back closed. I emailed customer service and they have shipped out a new case for me! Great service and response to go along with a great product!

My precision pro 9 with slope was not working. Tried different batteries and still nothing. Sent an email to the company and within one week the replacement was delivered. Very professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this range finder as well as the company for their product and quick service.
