I somehow lost the eyepiece on my rangefinder. It needed to be replaced. When I contacted the company, there was no hesitation to immediately send me a new one. Couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful!

Great products and support
PrecisionPro makes great range finders. I've been a user of the nx9 slope for some time now and it simply works as intended. I did have a small issue with the lens getting a little blurry spot. Not sure if it was from the heat or something else but it was still usable. Customer support simply replaced it with a new one no questions asked.
