Fantastic customer service that was unexpected.

I have the Precision Pro watch and been using it for the last 4 years. It's an excellent product and I don't have to pull out a range finder for distances. Just walk to the spot and let the watch tell me the distances (front, center, and back).

Got my battery on time as promised

The NX10 feels and looks like quality. It is easy to use and much clearer than the rangefinder it replaces.

Although right in the middle of my service request the company is listening, offering ideas to solve my problem and I am confident they will ultimately sole my issue or replace the rangefinder. This is a well run company on my opinion.
