You would need to look long and hard to find a company that backs up their product like PrecisionPro, no matter how small the issue is. The rangefinder is great. I accidentally broke the battery cover door. They took care of it without hesitation. I'm a big fan!

Don't get me wrong, but the GPS wrist watch and cell phone range finders are good, but I have been asked many times the distance to a green side bunker or even a fairway bunker and water hazards by my fellow golfers using that type. I won't give my Precision Pro up for nothing! I also didn't mention the free battery replacement. You just can't go wrong with this jewel!

Was having trouble getting accurate yardage. They helped me trouble shoot the rangefinder. After deciding something was wrong with the unit, they honored the warranty and immediately sent a new unit. Whole process was less than ten days. Awesome!!
