I have been in the customer service space all my life; I thought i was giving a wow service until I met precision’s customer service. They went above and beyond and made sure I was going to be a forever customer. TY Precision!

I bought this unit direct a few years ago. It hasn’t worked properly recently. I contacted customer service via email explained my issues and just received a brand new one. I’m am sending the one not working back today. Again any credit toward a new one I would have be pleased but a new one was unexpected but this will keep me a loyal customer.
