I utilized the battery replacement program and my warranty for a lens issue this season. Customer service was outstanding for both. It’s pleasant to deal with real people with fast non corporate scripted responses. These guys are Precise and Professional.

My range finder was having trouble all summer. Constantly had to get batteries, eventually it just stopped working. Precision sent me a brand new one, newer model and even better. Couldn’t of asked for better help. Going to be recommending to all my golf buddies. Great company.

Precision Pro Golf was incredibly responsive in my request for a new battery. This came after more than a year of use. I contacted them and within 24 hours a new battery was on its way.
