My NX7 encounter issues during the 2 year warranty so they replaced it immediately and now they replaced that NX7 with a new NX9, all free of charge including shipping and return shipping. Just put the old one in the same box, put on the return label (included in the box), and ship it off. Two friends bought the NX7 on my recommendation and they love it.
