I started playing 7 months ago, and used the free version of the Golfshot app to show yardages to the center of the green. As my game progressed and club distances became known, I needed accurate reads to the bunkers, water, pin, etc. I didn't want the paid version of Golfshot since being on my phone during a round was distracting and not good for my head during my round. I decided on buying a rangefinder, but had no idea which one and that's where YouTube reviews started. After watching @breakingeighty, I was sold on the NX10, and glad I did. It's been great and hope it continues to perform over the years.

I had an issue with my NX9 zoom view; it appeared to be an obstruction that needed to be cleaned. Customer support replied quickly to my question and replaced my current unit with a new one. This is an awesome customer support!
