My rangefinder stopped working and precision pro worked with me to get a replacement even past the warranty period. What a company!

The website is well laid out. It's very informative and easy to review all the products in complete detail making the choosing of the product you are looking for simple and easy. I have, on two occasions, purchased the NX9 with slope. It met all the requirements that I wanted and the price was great. Actually, my first one was pilfered and I purchased another because I very much liked the first one. One work of caution, I kept my first one on the cart windshield frame at all times. Now, I only put it on the windshield frame after leaving the first tee. The website, products and customer service are first class.

Simple to use.

This company is unresponsive via email or phone message you cannot talk to a person you can only leave a voicemail and unable to get my problem corrected. My NX9 Rangefinder with slope is now unusable, not sure what’s going on with this company, but I heard at one time they were customer service oriented, but I can tell you that is no more.
