Easy to find and fast to deliver

The PowerDot is a slick compact, smart, and easy product for muscle recovery. I bought the Duo so have two. The product is compact and has a small carrying case so it can be easily taken in suitcase, backpack, or gym bag. The devices are smart in that they tie to a smart phone and are operated by a mobile app through bluetooth. Set up was quick and easy and it is wireless!! If I had one suggestion, with the Duo, you can only run one program so if you want to do one forearm and one shoulder you have to run the same program on both and that's the reason for 4 stars and not 5. The programs are selected by muscle group. I do not know if they are really all that different however perception is off when you select forearm and place one set on forearm and another on shoulder. It's running the forearm program on the shoulder on the second one. I have not figured out how to make the pads last longer so that's a bit of a bummer. One will continue buying pads so the investment will continue. I spend most time in a CrossFit gym so it was purchased to reduce soreness from those workouts.

Pro-Effective deep penetration. Con-difficult to place on back without help.
