Great customer service

The PowerDot I purchased was a gift and sadly, the recipient didn’t want it so I had to return it. BUT I recently received my own PowerDot so I feel I can review this product fairly. For starters Customer Service at this company is REMARKABLE! Everyone I’ve ever spoken to has been beyond helpful. It’s refreshing to know I can pick up the phone and be connected with a human right away AND that human is friendly, sincere and genuinely accommodating. As for the PowerDot itself, HOLY H@## its a magical device. It’s easy to set up, easy to use and works GREAT. I’ve been going to a massage therapist recently for a gym injury and part of the therapy is electronic STIM. The PowerDot is just as strong and powerful as the ones used by professionals. AND in my opinion, the best part is the wireless feature. I personally feel that aspect alone makes this a superior product. I’ve owned the inexpensive STIMs sold at pharmacies and its terribly annoying to be tethered to a wire. I always seemed to get caught onto things. The reality is I don’t have the luxury of sitting still during a session so no wires means I can move freely without getting caught. The PowerDot is fairly new to me so I haven’t had the opportunity to go through all of the different workouts but I’m excited to use it beyond my therapeutic needs. Its one thing to have this for recovery and massage but when you can use it for Muscle Endurance, Strength, Resistance, etc… were at a whole new level. I love my PowerDot and the company as a whole and I hope to get A LOT of use. I would most definitely recommend this product.
