I have not yet needed to call customer service - primarily because I was able to find everything I need (information and product) easily on their website. The order process was smooth. After my initial order of the Power Dot Pro bundle, I was sent an email with a discount on ordering a selection of pads. I ordered what I’m hoping is enough to get me through a few months. I went through an entire set in one day using the system for hours! I hit every body part just testing the system out. I’ve tried other EMS units before, but Power Dot is in another league on its own. My favorite part so far is receiving the personalized Power Dot plans based on the workout I just completed! Very happy with my purchase!
