I had an excellent purchasing experience with PlayBetter. Delivery was ahead of schedule, and communication throughout the process was outstanding. Timely email updates and consistent shipping notifications made the entire transaction smooth and reliable. Unfortunately, the Shot Scope LM1 has been a significant disappointment. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, the device is non-functional in terms of capturing swing metrics. It only registers club head speed and fails to record any of the other expected data, both indoors and outdoors. I have attempted multiple setups, repositioning, and tested different golf balls and clubs, but the issue persists. While I understand that new product releases can have early challenges, the performance of this unit does not meet expectations. Additionally, the lack of timely customer support response has added to the frustration.
