PlayBetter did a great job addressing a difficult issue. I purchased the LM1 at the time of the first release in February of 2026 and had to wait until May of 2026 to receive the product. This is a really difficult issue to address with customers like myself wanting to get the product in their hands ASAP. PlayBetter was very professional and informative in addressing this issue.
