I had trouble navigating thru the web site. I would have preferred also to have more descriptions of the products offered. I was hoping that there would be a place to attach the strap to my purchase of the phoozy phone case, but there is no where to attach a shoulder strap I bought as well to the case I bought. I couldn't tell from the description offered before receiving the purchase.

Great idea, website easy to use, & shipping is quick. My only issue is w/customer service processing my return on my first order Was received @ Phoozy on 7/26, & as of 8/7, my refund had not been received, nor have I had any response to my "contact us" inquiry about the return status. I have purchased an additional 3 products, & fortunately don't need to return!

Was shipped out in a timely manner.

We are missing one item that we ordered. Waiting to hear back from the company.
