unusually attentive service and great product

Overall experience with the ordering and shipping process was very good. Just not completely convinced, yet, that the Phoozy is working to keep my phone cool.

Works better than expected,my son uses it at work because he has to keep his phone in a locker which is located outside and of course sits in the sun. His phone is always cool to the touch after hours of being in the Phoozy. My daughter uses hers at the beach and also stays cool the entire time. Well worth the money!

Really like it. Just used it on a trip in 100 degree weather. Nice bag. I felt good about using it.
