Everything was great!

I ordered 6 Yeti Ramblers to be etched as senior gifts for our highs school athletes. The next morning I received an email that there were not enough cups in the color I wanted. Because this was for high school team, the color was important so I did not want to change to another color. I was hoping to have them in time for our Senior Night celebration and was assured they would do everything possible to get the appopriate color, have them etched and delivered in time. As promised, I received the order on time so I was able to present the players with their gifts during our Senior Night celebration. Perfect Etch provided excellent customer service. And the players all LOVED the etched Yeti's they received. We were so pleased with the product, I will be ordering additional items for our coaches gifts this year.
