I continue to be amazed by the product quality and service. Clean sharp lines on detailed designs, and phone calls and emails from staff or owner when my requests get complex. I first bought for a wedding, but now I buy a few every year as gifts. I'm a little concerned about them raising prices, my favorite mug went from 25 to 30... will continue to buy from them for now as long as the price doesn't go up any more.
