Customer service at Prefect Etch was wonderful. I ordered a 16oz Corkcicle cup in in watermelon pink, which ended up being out of stock. Perfect Etch offered the 24oz size at the same price as the 16oz, I accepted of course, Thank you very much! The etching on the cup is perfect!
