Exceptional customer service and superior product. Customer service reached out notifying me they were out of selected color and offered an alternative color, refund, or wait for restock. We discussed the timeline I was facing and we determined it would be safe for me to wait for the restock. The etching is perfect - clear and centered. And the products were received as scheduled. My new go-to for customized products.

I ordered customized corkcicle wine cups for my bridal party and they turned out great. I had ordered to Canada which they typically don’t do, but they emailed and gave me the option of risking the duties, or cancelling for a refund. They were responsive and answered my questions.
