I ordered two Yeti’s with two slightly different designs but when I received them the same design was in both. I contactedPerfect Etch and they remedied the situation immediately. Mistakes happen, but you can tell a good company by the way they recover from them.

Perfect Etch did a great job for us at a sailing regatta for the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco. We ordered awards from them last minute and unfortunately UPS picked up the package a day late so they weren't scheduled to be delivered until after the regatta finished. After called Perfect Etch, they offered to redo the entire order and overnight them in time for the award ceremony which they did. We couldn't be happier with their customer service! Great job!

Our family has bought 400+ Yeti's, most for business but also for personal use. Their work is flawless and delivery prompt and as promised. The ease of uploading designs is exceptional.

Wine cups arrived quickly and I was very impressed with the quality of the etching. Very top notch! 5 stars! Will be ordering from them again in the future.
