I was really disappointed, after placing my order, to be notified that the color of the product, I had just ordered, was out of stock. I chose another color, out of stock too. Apparently, the website wasn't being updated. Choice #3 was available. I wasn't very happy about #3 but had already ordered glasses to go with the winesulator bottle for a birthday gift. Shipping took longer than expected. Finally, received it and I am so pleased! The etching looks fantastic and the charcoal glitter Winesulator looks good with the onyx leopard Uncork'd glasses. All in all, good communication and a great result. I will recommend this company.
