Outdoor camping direct

I ordered a double sleeping bag, it should have been signed for but the delivery driver decided to leave it outside our front door, we love on a busy main road, no one knows where the package has gone..... outdoor camping direct were quick to respond, very professional and polite. They gave me a full redund even though it was the fault of the delivery driver. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!
