Hallo, wollte meine Zehentrenner zurückgeben bzw. Schicken, Alles nur in Englisch, keine Adresse, wohin ich Sie zurücksenden könnte, ein Retoureschein war auch bei der Sendung nicht dabei, die Schuhe passen nicht und was kann ich nun tun, die sind ja auch nicht gerade preiswert.Bin total enttäuscht.

Hello! On may 14 I bought a pair of sandals, in the web site said they will arrived in two days , which never happend . After a week they arrived, but unfortunately they ran big. So I did the process online to ask for a change of size and as the returning wasn’t clean for me,  I sent a email asking how it was. If I had to pay for it or how was it . After two days a person replied and sent me an attachment saying that this was what I needed to do it so I print and took the package to a gls  point . Where there they told me I had to pay for it .  Which I did .  Another week went through and after sending an email asking for the status of my returned again this person reply now telling me that there are no sandals in that size anymore , So I told her, that if there where in another color was ok for me  Nobody reply , again I send and email asking but now another person answer back , telling me that they have them in black or green.  I reply her and told her that I would like the green ones , but just in case I asked her if the model is the same because there wasn’t a green color way for that model , just for the flip flop so I also sent her a picture of the model I had bought. This was June 1 , another week went throw and nobody’s replied me back , I resend that email 3 times and nothing .  I wrote again to the con tact email un the website explaining everything again. After 3 days another person replied. Again saying that they have just in black So I replied back, again telling him to send them and that I will wait just 2 more days or I want my money back After two days he replied saying that he already send them and that sorry for the inconvenience. Today is June 19 this was Monday 13 and I still don’t have my sandals Si for anyone how is about to buy some products, be sure is you right size.

I was very angry that

I was very angry that the shipment came from the UK and that I had to pay €15.69 in customs fees - this was not made clear at any point in the ordering process! The site I ordered from was (supposedly) in Germany.
