Placed an order only to find out one item wasn't available even though it stated it was in stock on the website. Need to update the website to reflect in real time for your on-line business.

Returned an order ; didn't fit! Haven't heard if you received!

Ordered 2 pony items (no S M L) options..just Pony Cob Horse. Was sent items that were too large. Called customer service, waited for several minutes, then transferred to a recording saying how busy they were, and if I would leave a message, someone would return my call. That was several days ago. And instead of a return phone call I got an email asking me for a review.... Disappointed
