Not helpful, emails were ignored

I bought a snowboard and it never arrived, they charged me and everything, the customer service was terrible, they didn't solve anything.

This is only a review for Customer Support. I emailed a question, never got an answer, than got an email asking me if the question I asked was answered, still no answer. My Thruster is amazing, though.

Hello good morning- thank you for reaching out. i just recently (last week) purchased the new supermatic bindings and last weekend and took them to Mammoth to try out. After two days of 4-5+ hours this is what i've found. foremost, Im 46 years old and my main reason for trying them out and spending the money was for ease/efficiency and to improve my quality of time spent on the mountain. sitting on the cold hard-packed snow and ice or trying to find a bench to strap in was really what i was aiming to avoid. While to some degree i admit these bindings accomplished that goal-my experience with the supermatic left something substantial to be desired. foremost, the safety aspect- at one point my rear foot & binding completely came loose and seperated causing me to fall and contort my leg/knee in order to avoid collision and injury. whether this had something to do w buildup of ice/snow where the cam/gear catches im not sure; but this couldve been catastrophic had it happened mid-run moving fast…etc. Luckily it was near the very end of a run and i was able to avoid any serious collision and/or injury. Second, the release lever mechanism on the inside of the binding is not easily accessible, i would describe it more accurately i believe as “difficult” . one needs to be decently flexible and able to bend over and touch ones toes almost, before being able to reach it and than being able to hold your breath long enough to push down w enough force to release ones boot. often this took 2-3, sometimes 4 attempts. in considering this further, had i gotten stuck in deep powder - getting out of my bindings wouldve been near impossible and presents a significant safety risk/potential. Ultimately, while i appreciate the “pro’s” of not having to put the effort in at the beginning of a run to strap in, the cons and potential for injury foremost, in addition to the difficulty of getting out of these at the end of your run, loom large in the big picture. While by no means am i a pro or “expert” i am someone whose participated in the sport/practice of snowboarding for 20+ years, been all over the US, and been on multiple back-country cat trips as well, and have a sense or working knowledge, of how and what “works. ” Unfortunately-for 400$ + tax and shipping, im just not satisfied and do not have absolute confidence in this product. I bought the Flow Fuse Hybrid bindings and was really excited to try these out. After 3 days on the mountain, I noticed a screw on my right binding had popped out, rendering the front binding useless and just dangling there. After numerous attempts filling out warranty claims and trying to contact customer support, I have yet to receive any sort of response. Seems to me I just wasted $300 on bindings that broke after 3 days on the mountain.
