Return shipping was expensive. Almost $100 to return products I decided not to keep. The bindings (supermattox) were convenient but heavy. Boots were on the small side. Snowboard was AWESOME! I've been shredding with it. It's playful and it does not catch edges.

Product itself is good. Customer service could use some work. Found a discount code a day after I purchased and the rep wouldn't apply it for me. Other companies would apply it without question.

They are great, but the weight is the biggest issue. If you dont remove the ice buildup they get to tight and won’t allow you to release properly.

Fun, Easy to use and the only problem I've had was the locking mechanism slipping below the claw holding it inplace but I was able to fix it by pushing the claw downward and sliding the tab back into it, other than that it's been a great set of bindings, real easy to get the hang of and very stable, currently using on a very soft board and haven't had any other issues
