I love my new resistance tubing set. It’s so versatile and the little bag it comes with packs it all away neatly. I like the different options you can attach to the ends of the tubes so I can switch my work out up. The little guide that come with it is helpful also as well at the YouTube videos. I enjoy working out outdoors and this means I can take the tubing anywhere and do a quick workout!
