I have been a consistent walker for over 20 years. I walk 3-5 times per week for 45 minutes each. I needed and wanted something to upgrade my exercise regimen with hopefully some muscle and strength training. After seeing the Maxi climber commercials I thought this might fit the bill. First I was impressed at how fast I received my Maxi Climber XL. I ordered it on May 29th 2022. I received it on May 31st 2022 and there was a holiday in the middle. I was not able to get around to putting it together for a few weeks. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together. Now as for the work out. Wow. It does not take long to feel the burn. Mostly in my thigh muscles. So far I have to do my work out in increments of 40 to 50 steps at a time and then I take a 2-3 minute rest and get back on the horse. I look forward to being able to do 15 to 30 minute work outs. If you think you will conquer this beast on the first try, maybe if you are in excellent shape. My heart rate is thumping after 45 steps on the Maxi Climber.
